I never get password reset email, what should I do?

For some reasons, password reset emails end up in Junk or Spam folders of our clients. Please check your email and look inside these folders, most of the time, the email has ended up there. If you still cannot find the email there, please wait 5 to 10 minutes and check again. If you still can not see the email, chances are, you probabely used a different email address for your account.
